A lot of people complain about their pain and relate it to age. Whether it’s picking something up or sitting to standing or standing to sitting, they make “the noises”. I completely understand where you are coming from as well, it’s easy to connect the dots between how you feel and your chronological age, especially when you don’t feel young anymore.
Here is my .02 cents on this topic. Upkeep on your body will always physiologically outperform your chronological age. Routine and regular chiropractic care, something you have most likely not been doing, can help you function better. You brush your teeth everyday to PREVENT gum disease and tooth decay, your spine is no different. Keeping your spine healthy, in the best position possible and moving freely allows for better brain-body communication. This will only help you!
Don’t do the same thing year after year, complain about how and why you feel the way you do, and still call it a new year. It’s not, it’s the same year repeated over and over again. If you don’t like the way you feel or the level that your functioning at, do what you haven’t done so you get a new result.
We got your back!
