We live in the same community, we grocery shop & run errands at similar if not the same places. I want to see you strong, vibrant, healthy and able bodied. I want to see you take less drugs, need less high-cost medical intervention, & not be dependent on anyone or anything. According to the media nearly half of all Americans claim they feel more stressed than they did five years ago. The use of stress reducing drugs continues to climb yet people claim to be more stressed than ever. Drugs do not address the cause of stress.

2500 years ago, the father of medicine "Hippocrates" instructed people to look to their spine for health problems because he knew a dysfunctional spine and nerve system was the pre-requisite to many diseases.

In 2014, This Sports & Orthopaedic Journal put that theory to the test and wanted to see how the chiropractic adjustment would effect stress hormones in your body. What they found was a direct link between spinal adjustments and a reduction is stress hormones {instantaneously}.

The following conditions and diseases including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cancer, autoimmunity, autism, ADHD, asthma, allergies, heart disease, digestive disorders, hormone imbalances, and sleeping disorders all possess increased amounts of stress hormones and inflammation.
